This is a Genuine Viqua/Trojan Ultraviolet Replacement Sleeve. This sleeve is for Trojan UV Max model IHS12-D4, IHS22-D4, C, C4,C4-V, D, D4, D4-V & D4+.   This Ultraviolet quartz sleeve needs to be replaced when it can no longer be cleaned 100%.  It is always a great idea to have a spare sleeve on hand.
