This is a genuine replacement lamp and sleeve for Viqua Ultraviolet Disinfection systems. Fits models SPV-600, SPV-12, SP600-HO and SC/SCM-600- Part #SHO600-QL. This is an original Viqua kit which includes the QS-600 quartz sleeve, the S600RL-HO lamp and 410867 O-ring. These Ultraviolet lamps need to be replaced annually, the quartz sleeve need to be replaced when it can no longer be cleaned 100%. It is always a great idea to have a spare lamp and sleeve on hand. Purchasing the sleeve and lamp in one kit saves you money.
